Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Cut shapes with Star Wars-themed cookie cutters.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on wire racks before decorating.
