- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, bell pepper, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and parsley before serving.
