Instructions
- In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 4-6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with a side of lemon wedges.
