Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let the cake cool before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat powdered sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add red food coloring if desired.
- Spread the frosting on the cooled cake and decorate as you like.
- Serve and enjoy your mini Valentine’s cake.
