Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add butter, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mash until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix well until the cheese melts and the mixture is creamy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve warm.
