- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Stuff cavity with lemon slices, garlic, and rosemary.
- Place chicken in a roasting pan and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.

- For crispier skin, pat the chicken dry before seasoning.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (165°F at the thickest part).
