- 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed chocolate cookies over the vanilla ice cream.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the cookie layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed cookies on top.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
