- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Add lemon zest and juice. Mix well.
- Spread filling over crust. Top with blueberries.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
