Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Add vanilla extract and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Coat each ball in powdered sugar.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
