- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water and refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Layer graham crackers in a 9×13-inch dish.
- Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Pour half the jello over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat layers.
- Top with sliced strawberries if desired.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight.
