Instructions

- Whip cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and zest, then mix well.
- Spread the lemon cream over the chilled biscuit base.
- Roll the cake gently and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
