- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add penne pasta, beef broth, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.

- Substitute milk with heavy cream for a richer taste.
