- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz chocolate melting wafers
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate wafers with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each Oreo ball into melted chocolate, coating completely. Use a fork to lift and let excess chocolate drip off.
- Place back on parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate is set.
Notes
- Use a toothpick for easier dipping if needed.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- For a festive touch, use red or pink chocolate melts.
