Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate wafers with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Dip each Oreo ball into melted chocolate, coating completely. Use a fork to lift and let excess chocolate drip off.
  7. Place back on parchment paper and add sprinkles if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate is set.
