- 1/2 cup pink candy melts

- 24 lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Separate Oreo cookies carefully.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip lollipop sticks into melted chocolate and place between two Oreo halves.
- Press gently and let set for 5 minutes.
- Melt pink candy melts and dip each Oreo pop into the mixture.
- Decorate with sprinkles while still wet.
- Place on parchment paper to harden completely.
