Description

A simple and delicious pan-fried salmon with a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  4. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until done.
  5. Remove salmon and set aside.
  6. Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same pan.
  7. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  8. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  9. Pour garlic butter sauce over salmon and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh salmon for best results.
  • Adjust cooking time based on thickness of fillets.
  • Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
