- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet.
- Microwave peanut butter for 15 seconds to soften. Stir in powdered sugar.
- Place small dollops of peanut butter mixture onto each cookie.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate dough.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before moving to a rack.
Notes
