Description
A refreshing salad combining sweet pears, crunchy walnuts, tart cranberries, and creamy goat cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe pears, sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Slice the pears thinly.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the greens with half the dressing.
- Arrange pears, walnuts, cranberries, and goat cheese on top.
- Drizzle with remaining dressing.
- Serve immediately.

- Use ripe but firm pears.
- Toast walnuts for extra crunch.
- Add dressing just before serving to keep greens crisp.
