Ingredients

- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread melted dark chocolate evenly on the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the chocolate.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sugar over medium heat until caramelized.
- Stir in heavy cream, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour caramel mixture over the pecans and chocolate.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
