- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice French bread lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook onions and peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add ribeye steak, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until meat is browned.
- Spread butter on the bread halves.
- Top bread with steak mixture and provolone cheese slices.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve hot.
