Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until softened.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet and mix with the vegetables.
  6. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the top and cover until melted.
  8. Serve hot.
