Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, corn, and green beans.
- Mix in cooked rice and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
