A sweet and crunchy snack made with caramel-coated popcorn and praline nuts.
Ingredients

- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread popcorn and pecans on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, and salt.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the popcorn and pecans. Toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
- Use fresh popcorn for best results.
- Adjust salt to taste.
