- 250g fresh ravioli
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes until they soften slightly.
- Toss in the cooked ravioli and stir gently to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Mix well.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.
