Delicious cheesecake bars combining the flavors of Reese’s peanut butter cups and Butterfinger candy bars for a rich and crunchy dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake crust for 8 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and peanut butter.
- Fold in crushed Butterfinger bars. Pour filling over crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Top with chopped Reese’s cups. Chill for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother filling.
- Chill bars before cutting for cleaner slices.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
