A simple and delicious side dish featuring roasted asparagus and potatoes.
Ingredients

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Toss asparagus with remaining olive oil and garlic powder.
- Add asparagus to the baking sheet with potatoes.
- Roast for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.

- Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
