Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Toss asparagus with remaining olive oil and garlic powder.
  5. Add asparagus to the baking sheet with potatoes.
  6. Roast for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
  7. Serve warm.
