- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 3 minutes per side.
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the skillet.
- Baste steaks with butter for 1 minute.
- Transfer steaks to the oven and cook for 5 minutes.
- While steaks cook, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast potatoes for 20 minutes.
- Steam asparagus for 3 minutes.
- Plate steaks with potatoes and asparagus.
