- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 cup mashed potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear the steaks for 3 minutes per side.
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan.
- Baste the steaks with the melted butter for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the steaks to the oven and cook for 5 minutes for medium-rare.
- While the steaks cook, sauté asparagus and cherry tomatoes in the same pan for 5 minutes.
- Plate the steaks with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
