Ingredients

- 2 beef steaks (8 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
- Season steaks with salt and pepper
- Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side
- Add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan
- Baste steaks with melted butter for 2 minutes
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes
