Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Sprinkle lightly with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
