- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
- Drain excess grease from the sausage.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of ravioli over the sauce.
- Top with half the cooked sausage, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen ravioli—no need to boil first.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
