- 1 lb sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sausage in a pan until browned, then drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Fold in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
