- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
Instructions
- Mix flour, eggs, milk, salt, and melted butter to make the crepe batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour a thin layer of batter. Cook until golden, then flip.
- In another pan, sauté onions, mushrooms, and spinach in olive oil.
- Add shredded chicken, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Place the filling in the center of each crepe and fold.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and serve.
Notes
- Let the batter rest for 10 minutes before cooking.
- Use a ladle to pour batter evenly for thin crepes.
