- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 100g crab meat
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop shrimp into small pieces and mix with crab meat.
- Combine shrimp, crab, cabbage, carrot, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of filling on a spring roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly, sealing the edge with beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh seafood for best flavor.
- Do not overfill the wrappers to prevent breaking.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or soy dipping sauce.
