- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side.
- Pour in white wine and let simmer for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with shrimp mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
