- 6 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Add frozen corn to the slow cooker.
- Pour melted butter and heavy cream over the corn.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Top with crumbled bacon before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh corn if available—adjust cooking time slightly.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
