- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Peel and slice the potatoes.
- Place the sliced potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix over the potatoes.
- Pour melted butter and water over the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently before serving.
