Description

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place pork in the slow cooker.
  2. Add salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and smoked paprika.
  3. Toss in garlic, onion, orange juice, lime juice, and chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
