Ingredients

- 4 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place pork in the slow cooker.
- Add salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and smoked paprika.
- Toss in garlic, onion, orange juice, lime juice, and chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Shred pork with forks and broil for 5 minutes to crisp edges.
