Ingredients

  • 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears corn, halved
  • 1 lb small red potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, sausage, onion, garlic, and corn in the slow cooker.
  2. Add water, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Add shrimp and lemon slices, then cook for another 30 minutes.
  5. Drain and serve hot with extra seasoning if desired.
