Ingredients

  • 2 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz brie cheese, cut into small wedges
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (apricots, cranberries)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 2 tbsp honey or jam
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange a small wooden board or platter.
  2. Fold prosciutto and salami into rosettes and place them on the board.
  3. Add brie and cheddar cheese in separate sections.
  4. Scatter nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate pieces around the board.
  5. Place strawberries and grapes in empty spaces.
  6. Drizzle honey or add a small bowl of jam in the center.
  7. Garnish with fresh rosemary for a festive touch.
