- 200g smoked salmon, sliced thin
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Fill a large bowl with warm water.
- Dip one rice paper wrapper in the water for 5 seconds until pliable.
- Place the wrapper on a clean surface.
- Layer smoked salmon, cucumber, carrot, avocado, mint, and cilantro in the center.
- Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and ingredients.
- Mix soy sauce and sesame oil for dipping.
- Serve immediately.
