Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  7. Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Toss cooked linguine and sliced chicken in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
