- 8 oz linguine
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss cooked linguine and sliced chicken in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor.
- For extra creaminess, add a splash of pasta water if needed.
