A flavorful dish combining spicy Cajun chicken with linguine in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.

- 8 oz linguine
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
- Add cooked linguine and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream for a lighter version.
