- 4 slices bread or 2 sandwich rolls
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, chili crisp, celery, red onion, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast bread or rolls if desired.
- Spread chicken salad on bread or rolls.
- Add lettuce if using.
- Serve immediately.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
