Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs, then cool and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with cilantro if desired.
- Serve chilled.
