Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 12 wontons
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat the red curry paste in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken broth and coconut milk, stir well.
  3. Bring to a simmer, then add wontons and mushrooms.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes until wontons are tender.
  5. Stir in fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
  6. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
