Description

A flavorful dish combining spicy, sweet, and savory flavors with tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and a honey sriracha glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Toss chicken in half the sauce and spread on a baking sheet.
  5. Add broccoli to the sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
  7. Toss with remaining sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
  • Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
