Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Toss chicken in half the sauce and spread on a baking sheet.
- Add broccoli to the sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and toss.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
- Toss with remaining sauce before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
