- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in vanilla extract and lemon zest.
- Pour mixture over crust. Top with diced strawberries.
- Bake for 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
