Description

Tender steak bites and shell pasta tossed in a rich garlic butter Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Return steak bites to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
