- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup graham er crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Gradually fold in flour until just combined.
- Gently stir in diced strawberries.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and roll in graham er crumbs.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best results.
- Do not overmix the dough to keep cookies soft.
