Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/4 cup crushed shortbread cookies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Scoop dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Press each cookie slightly and sprinkle with crushed shortbread.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crunch, add more crushed shortbread.
